How fast is it live?
After a 20-minute setup call (bring your price per square for each roof style), you see your page with your real prices the next business day. It goes live within 2 business days of the setup call.
Whose prices does it use?
Yours. Every range comes from your own price per square for each roof style. Homeowners never see your price per square, and per-line dollar amounts stay hidden unless you turn them on.
Which areas does it cover?
Homes in Miami-Dade, Broward and Palm Beach.
What about townhomes?
Townhomes share a roof with the homes next door, so we size them from the home's square footage. Any home still gets a range.
Can I change my prices?
Yes. They are your prices. Send us the new numbers and your page shows them within 1 business day.
Is there a contract?
There is a 3-month minimum, then it is month to month. One flat monthly price, with no per-lead, per-appointment or per-job fees.
What if I don't like my page?
You pay nothing until you've seen your page with your prices and said yes. If you don't say yes, you don't pay.
Do homeowners have to give a phone number?
Not to see their range. A name and email show them their budget range. Booking an estimate appointment asks for a mobile number, so you can reach them about it.
